This was one of my first "beam of light" pictures probably from about 1993.

It was inspired by Michael bossom's original video "Start and Explore"

There are a few things in it which I would do differently in 2006 as I've learnt more over the years.

Another "shining example" of your unique, interesting and great encaustic work. This one definitely tells a story, however I have trouble interpreting it - especially with the title. I see a pathway leading through an archway to a peaceful spiritual place (as indicated by the dove). I can not combine that with the structural image in the center. It will be interested to learn what others see. After several comments are received please give us your interpretation.

To me it feels like stepping into a sacred healing place. Maybe it is one of the first created? Anyhow it feels very special.

One can see this was already very promising and we all know the promis came true.

I nearly missed this one Barry. The bridge looks like it is made of glass. Nice light.
