Hi Uschi,
these are very beautiful cats, totally realistic. To paint in encaustic is heavy the cats. I like them very much. Especially the middle is very good. The your sister-in-law will like it certainly. Congratulations.

Hi Uschi,
what a wonderful idea and a marvellous gift for your sister-in-law. Your cats are so well painted. Each of them have their own carateristic. I think the one in the middle is "nosy" and full of fun, and the one in the top is the older one looking at the others with indulgent composure. Very well done.

Thank you so much for your comments, they are really important for me because I am not sure. And faith: the cabinet my husband saw it in a frame-shop. And the furnishing of my sister-in-law is old and old-made.....

Hi Uschi, this is so lovely! You have painted the cats with their own personality.
I like the black one best, for it stands out most. The other two look more like they have been done in pencil drawing?
